  • Free shipping (Curb side delivery only).
  • Pick up your product at our warehouse (11311-D Jones Rd W Houston, TX, 77065).
  • Curb side delivery, inside delivery, white glove and installation needed? Send us an email with your requirements to sales@nashfitnesssales.com and we will quote it to be delivered anywhere.

Cancellation Policy
  • Once an order is placed, no charge cancellation is acceptable until tracking number is issued.
  • If cancellation is requested after a tracking number has been assigned to your order, a 3% fee will be charged.
  • Once the product has left warehouse, it will not be possible to cancel the order. It will need to be processed as return and refund with 25% restocking fee.

Return and Refund Policy
  • We accept returns with 25% restocking fee charge within 30 calendar days of delivery if the product is not used or damaged and returned in the original box.
  • For return requests due to technical issue, we will have three attempts to fix the issue before it is returned for full refund.
  • Shipping, handling, and installation fees will not be refunded.
  • Purchaser will handle return shipping, de-installation, and handling fees.
  • Refunds will be provided within 5 days of reception and inspection by our warranty department of the product in our warehouse. An email notification to the user will be sent as soon as the product is received, and as soon as the refund has been processed.
