Very pleased with the service I received from Nash this afternoon. My technician, Noe, was very professional at all times and wore a mask, gloves, and booties. He inspected, lubricated, re-positioned, and tightened everything I had tried to "fix." Noe determined that my treadmill did not need any repairs and never tried to upsell me on any parts or services during his visit. At the end, he explained services he completed and told me what potential issues to look for to keep the deck in good working order. Fantastic customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Nash came out to work on my "True" treadmill. He was recommended by a factory referral. He came out and thoroughly inspected my treadmill and made some adjustments along with recommending asking for warranty work from the manufacturer. He found a lose wire that was causing my treadmill to shut off intermittently.
